These terms govern the sale of tickets to the Wonderground · Conscious & Arts Festival ("the festival"), held in Rishikesh, India on October 24–25, 2026. Tickets are sold by MAHARANI SHRI CULTURAL SPACE PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"), a company registered in India under CIN U56100UT2024PTC016831, with its registered office at Gulab Nagar, Near Inter College, Tapovan, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand 249192, India. By buying a ticket you accept these terms. Please read them before you pay.
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Early Bird prices are available only until the date shown on the tickets page and are limited in number. We may change prices for future sales at any time; the price you paid at the time of purchase is the price that applies to your order.
A ticket admits one person for the day or days stated on it. Day passes admit you on one festival day of your choice; full passes admit you on both days.
Your order is confirmed once payment has been received and we have sent you a confirmation by email, with your ticket attached. Please check that your name and email address are correct: your ticket is issued with the details you provide. If you have not received your ticket within 24 hours, contact us at hello@wondergroundthefestival.com.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
You must present a valid ticket to enter, on your phone or printed. Each ticket carries a unique code and is valid for a single admission; once it has been scanned it cannot be used again.
Tickets are not personalised. No name is printed on them and we do not check identity at the gate, so a ticket you cannot use may be given or sold to someone else without telling us. Because a code admits one person only, pass it to one person and do not circulate it.
Anyone aged 16 or over may attend on their own. Under-16s are welcome, but must be accompanied throughout by a parent or guardian who holds their own ticket and remains responsible for them. Every attendee needs a ticket of their own, whatever their age.
We may refuse entry to, or remove from the venue, anyone who behaves in a way that puts the safety or wellbeing of others at risk, who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who does not follow the reasonable instructions of the festival team or the venue. No refund is due in those cases.
The programme, facilitators and timings published on this site are planned in good faith and may change. Substituting a facilitator or a session, or adjusting the schedule, does not entitle you to a refund, as long as the festival takes place on the announced dates.
If we cancel the festival, you will be refunded the full ticket price. If we postpone it, your ticket will be valid for the new dates, and you may request a full refund instead if the new dates do not suit you. Our liability in either case is limited to the ticket price: we cannot reimburse travel, accommodation or other costs.
Refunds are handled as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
The festival includes yoga, breathwork, movement, sound and other physical and emotional practices. You take part voluntarily and at your own risk, and you are responsible for judging what is right for your body.
If you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or living with a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, a respiratory condition or a mental health condition, please consult a doctor before attending and tell the facilitator before a session begins. Facilitators are not medical professionals and nothing offered at the festival is medical treatment or a substitute for it.
Please look after your things. We and the venue are not responsible for personal property that is lost, damaged or stolen, except where the loss is caused by our negligence.
We may photograph or film the festival for our own communication. By attending you accept that you may appear in those images. If you would rather not, tell us at hello@wondergroundthefestival.com before the festival or speak to a member of the team on site, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please be considerate when filming or photographing others, and do not record circles, ceremonies or one-to-one sessions without the consent of everyone present.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with your ticket is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Rishikesh, Uttarakhand have exclusive jurisdiction.
