We sell tickets to the Wonderground · Conscious & Arts Festival, held in Rishikesh, India on October 24–25, 2026. There are no physical goods: nothing is sent by post or courier, and no shipping or delivery charges apply to any order.
Your ticket is delivered electronically, by email, to the address you enter at checkout. As soon as your payment is confirmed you receive an order confirmation with your ticket attached as a PDF, normally within a few minutes. Each ticket carries its own QR code and a unique code, one per person.
Show it at the entrance on your phone or printed; both work.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you have not received your ticket within 24 hours of paying, write to hello@wondergroundthefestival.com or call +91 79978 03999, with your order number if you have it, and we will send it again. Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct: it is where your ticket goes.
Tickets can also be bought in person in Rishikesh: we arrange a time and place with you over WhatsApp, and the ticket is handed over or sent to you when you pay.
The service you buy is admission to the festival, on the day or days stated on your ticket (October 24–25, 2026, Rishikesh, India). Changes and cancellations are covered in our Terms & Conditions and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
