When you buy a ticket: your name, email address, phone number and billing details. We need these to issue your ticket, send it to you, admit you to the festival and keep the accounting records the law requires of us. The legal basis is the performance of our contract with you, and our legal obligations.
When you write to us by email, WhatsApp or Instagram: whatever you choose to tell us, so we can answer. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you.
If you ask us to keep you posted about the festival: your email address, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Health information: if you tell a facilitator about an injury, a pregnancy or a health condition so a practice can be adapted, we use it only for that purpose and only for as long as the festival lasts.
Card and payment details are handled directly by our payment provider on their own systems. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the last digits of the card or the payment reference, but we never see or store your full card number.
We share personal data only with the services we need to run the festival: our payment provider, our web hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and our ticketing software. Each of them handles data on our instructions. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
We may disclose data where the law requires it.
Our providers may store data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens with data of visitors from the EEA or the UK, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
Order and ticket records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Messages you send us are kept for up to two years. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. Health information shared for a session is deleted after the festival.
